Information you provide

We use contact details, property information, work descriptions, vendor qualifications, service locations & optional project photographs to review requests, communicate with you & assess service opportunities. Do not submit government identifiers, financial records, access codes, tenant information or other confidential documents.

Processing & access

When online intake is enabled, Vercel hosts the intake functions, Supabase stores records & private photos, Upstash supports abuse prevention, Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated submissions, & Resend sends staff notifications. Private photos are not included in notification emails. Access to stored submissions is restricted to authorized staff.

Retention

Intake records & accepted photos expire after 90 days & are removed by the next daily cleanup. Temporary uploads are removed after their authorization window closes. Information transferred into an approved business system for an active engagement may be retained under that engagement’s requirements. Provider backups may expire on a different schedule.

Your choices

You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your intake information. You can also request services by phone or email instead of using online intake.
